Guitar Hero: On Tour Decades box art

Looks like this Guitar Grip comes with a rainbow-ish colored skin. And I noticed they mentioned the song sharing feature on the box. I’ve heard they are selling the game separately, but I don’t know if that’s true. And if it is, I’m wondering how much they’re selling it for.
